Who says you need alcohol to have fun? Whether you're not into alcohol or just want to give alcohol free options at your bach party, here are 5 fun "mocktails" your bach babes will LOVE!
2 cup flavored sparkling water (see post for recommendations)
2/3 cup kombucha (see post for recommendations)
8-12 fresh raspberries
1 lime, cut into 1/4" slices
Using two glass cups, add a few ice cubes to each cup. Add one cup of sparkling water to each cup. Next, add ⅓ cup kombucha to each cup. Place 4-6 fresh raspberries in both cups and 2 lime slices. Serve immediately.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Rosemary Pear Mocktail
4 tbsp pear juice
1 tbsp rosemary simple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
6 tbsp sparkling water
How to Make Rosemary Simple Syrup:
Combine sugar and water in a pot and cook over medium heat. Cook until sugar is completely melted/dissolved. Turn off heat and allow mix to cool with rosemary sprigs.
Once cooled remove rosemary sprigs and set syrup aside.
How to Make Rosemary Pear Mocktail:
Add ice half way to glass. Pour pear juice, rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh pear slices or sprigs of thyme.
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
sprig fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
For the Drink:
cup pink grapefruit juice
tablespoons rosemary simple syrup
cup seltzer water or grapefruit soda
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Grapefruit slice for garnish
To make Rosemary Simple Syrup: Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup sugar to a pot. Add rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook until all sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Strain into a small resealable container. Let cool completely.
To make the drink: Pour grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a Tom Collins glass. Stir to mix. Fill glass with ice and top off with seltzer water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
1 cup ice
salt for rim
4 slices fresh jalapeno
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
(if you are making it for a mixed crowd, you can easily add a shot of tequila)
Rub lime slice around rim of glass and dip in salt.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour orange juice and lime juice over ice.
1 cup GTS Guava Kombucha
1/2 cup LaCroix Lime mineral water
1 Teaspoon fresh lime juice (more to taste)
Fill glass with ice.
Pour in kombucha.
Pour mineral water on top.
Add fresh lime juice.
Garnish with lime.
Taste and add additional lime juice as needed.
